Olivia Rose Griffin
(Costume Designer)
Olivia Rose Griffin is a professional costume designer, with accolades from her work on the feature length film Adventures with Seth, and many of San Francisco State's annual performances including University Dance Theater, and New Moves. Olivia is also a local business owner; co-owning a men's hat shop called Paul's Hat Works, with three other women. Olivia has experience working with a myriad of fabrics, quality textiles, raw materials, and alternative media to create wonderfully unique masterpieces. Her passion for head wear began after leaving Discount Fabrics after years of employment, to intern in the costume shop at Teatro Zinzani. Olivia enjoys parrots, singing Western songs, and parrots singing western songs. Olivia Griffin is attending SFSU to graduate in Spring of 2010 with a triple Bachelor's degree in Drama, Dance Performance, and Apparel Design & Merchandising. Olivia has designed and managed for several shows for San Francisco theatres, as well as co-founding SuperFragileCatalytic Productions which has put on shows and events for the last year.
